Panning is a technique in photography that is used to capture a moving object in action.The subject of the photo is clearly caught on camera; however, the rest remains a blur in the background. Panning suggests speed and velocity to an image.
you have to move your camera in synchronicity with the object as it moves parallel to you to make the effect of “moving”
well, mine wasn’t a successfull one since I moved the camera faster than the instructor told me to. because it’d be blurry if I moved the camera slowly, since there were no tripod. but this is only the beginning, rite? I’ll make sure I’m gonna make some “real” panning photographs in the future ;)
